Wordpress Apache Redirect URL to another .htaccess

Hi I renamed the site Permalink: http://ift.tt/1OuQu0W to Permalink: http://ift.tt/1OuQrCr in the Wordpress Edit Page Menu.

Now the URL http://ift.tt/1OuQu0W gives me a 404.

Is there a way to redirect this old url to the new one doing it in the .htaccess file I tried some stuff, but could not get it to work, so far as I know it works folder based and wordpress creates the files out of the database :)

So I just need that if the user types http://ift.tt/1OuQu0W in his Browser that worpdress wants to open http://ift.tt/1OuQrCr
