Wordpress One-Page website

I'm creating a WordPress website for a design company and I'm a newbie to WordPress andC I'm using Genesis theme framework

The site must be:

1- One-page

2- Containing: home, services, portfolio, clients and contact.

Now I'm confused about the principle of doing that.

Shall I use a plugin for every single section? or i there a 1 plugin that does them together?

Any suggestions please.
