multistep form with register button and login button in same page

I have created the Template page for Ask some questions to someone with Multistep using javascript. It has three steps First Step -> user will ask questions Second Step -> its sub type questions Third Step -> It will have two radio buttons, New or Existing. If user is new, he has to register in website and capture with asked questions. If user is exists, he has to login with credentials.

I have tried so far with custom registration and custom login. They work separately. If use both in same page. Not working. I have pasted the code in below link.
