How to make post title determine category in wordpress

Is there any way to assign a post automatically to a category depending on the title of the post !

Suppose : Post title - This is a test post

I want the post to automitically assign to category 'T' the first letter of the post title , i,e: T

Another Example: Post title: I love Stackexchange.com

I want the post to automitically assign to category 'I' the first letter of the post title , i,e: I

All the post and categories are already created/posted !

I m trying to write a small function to assign the category base on the first letter of the Title as explain above !
