How to exclude a page from mobile view

I am using WPtouch plugin for my mobile website: http://iknowfirst.com. However I want to exclude some pages from the mobile view and show them as desktop view instead. How can I exclude a specific page from mobile view and force to show as desktop view? Thanks in advance
