Search and filter restaurant based on opening hours

I am creating a directory of cafes/restaurants/bars/food shops for my city with search and filter capabilities that will be more useful and relevant to a particular group of people (e.g. opening hours, ratings, location, menu items). I've had a look through the existing WP directory themes, and although some look great, I've found that they aren't really flexible enough for what I want to do (especially in terms of search capabilities). I've decided to purchase a very flexible theme without any specific application functionality (e.g. Avada) and integrate an advanced AJAX search and filter plugin (currently thinking D&C Search & Filter Pro).

I think this combination gets me pretty close to where I want to be, however my only concern is filtering based on opening hours. The plugin seems to deal with date ranges pretty well, however I think I'll need to modify it to search for restaurants with particular opening hours (e.g. search for restaurants that are open 7am to 9am on Sundays). I have some coding skills, though I'm not a professional web developer, so I'd prefer to use an existing solution (re-writing code is a last resort). Does anybody know of a theme/plugin that might allow this kind of "opening hours" search capability?
