add page featured image to woocommerce shop page

I am trying to figure out how to get my featured image for the shop page to show up above the shop archive.

I got the archive-product.php copied over with a little tweak, not major, but I can't figure out how to get the pages featured image to show up before the product listings.

If this would be quite difficult is there a way I can have the archive of products list inside of a different page that I can call something like store?
