Creating an empty page in custom post type

I've registered a CPT with the labels 'all_items' and 'add_new'. Now I need an empty page for custom content. It should be a page who the admin can analyze data from a feedback form that customers filled and send.

I'm searching for a possibility, who I can create an empty page with all admin panels (sidebar, header,..)

Is that possible?
