Auto link files in directory

Looking for a plugin, which automatically list files as downloadable links after scanning the specific folders for mew uploaded files.

Users will upload daily reports through FTP access, with /year/month/ structure under specific reports directory

eg. \report-1\2015\1\22.pdf

Then I need to view the files as Calendar month view, so the dates on the calendar will be pdf files for download.

I am new to WP, can cant get which plugin to use for this requirement, as for me its between calendar and file publication categories (Which I cant find any plugins).
