Post Type Archive in the Site Tree

I would like to have a custom post type archive - eg people to be under the about section of the site.

urls & breadcrumbs would reflect this:

/about - all about us. /about/people - a list of people /about/people/bob - bobs bio.

Is this possible within wordpress & if so how is it done?
