Plugin to create reverse RSS feed?

I'm looking for a WP plugin that will create a custom "reverse" RSS feed that periodically releases old blog posts in reverse order. Alternatively, I'd like a feed that allows someone to read through the archives of the blog from the beginning. The closest I could find is Old Post Promoter, but this is hacky and only grabs old posts randomly.
