Move WooCommerce meta/categories under description [on hold]

I am looking to swap the locations of my product meta and product description. Currently it goes Title, then Categories/Tags, then Description. I would like it to be Title, Description, then Categories/Tags. My URL is http://ift.tt/1zJ3mWJ
