jquery errors on freshly installed wordpress online

how can i fix this error on my freshly installed wordpress?

TypeError: e.attrHooks is undefined
TypeError: $(...).on is not a function
TypeError: this.on is not a function

I havent edited any file on the wordpress directory, I thought Im having this error because I developed the site locally then I deploy it online after, thats why I decided to freshly install a new zip file then extract it online, but still im getting this kind of error.
