how to create a common admin interface for multiple plugins

I find different useful functionalities in different plugins. I would like to aggregate plugins, without affecting their functions and update policy, into one custom "My Plugin Collection", single admin/settings interface. For simplicity, each of plugins should have its own tab. Could somebody please point me to some howto resources to start? Thanks in advance. And a Happy New Year!
