An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration.

I'm getting the following warnings when I log in to my wp-admin. It appears on all pages in admin view. Pages in admin view taking a lot of time to load.

Also I'm unable to connect to wordpress.com (for jetpack). I think these two are related.
