Advanced Custom Fields Plugin Conditional Logic

I am using the ACF Plugin (advancedcustomfields.com) for WordPress to give users some more control.

   I created a custom post type called photo gallery which will contain all my posts.

   I have two repeater fields setup with the custom post type, which will allow to display 2 custom photo gallery using bootstrap. First gallery will display separate patients images side by side and the second gallery will display full patient image.

   
   

I am able to do this individually using conditional logic for sibling fields within the same field group, but the problem I'm running into is that the users will have to choose whether they want to select the (First / Second Gallery) every time they create a new post and that will cause problem. So I decided to create a options page using ACF to make this setting global, whether the users wants to display one gallery or the other, so we don't run into the issue to display 2 different gallery, but I don't know if is possible to test from the options page to repeater fields.???

Any help would be appreciated.
