Wordpress plugin that assigns multiple tags/groups to categories

Does anybody know a WordPress plugin that assigns tags to multiple categories ?

I own a anime based site and i need to assign multiple tags/groups to a category. I already tried the Tag Groups plugin and with it i can only assign one group to a category.

Is there any way to assign multiple groups/tabs to one category?
