Booking System Plugin

Hello everyone, I want to develop a website in wordpress, but would like to know few things before going into the development.

1) Is it possible to have a plugin of a booking system on a wordpress website? Please look at this sample booking system. We want to develope something like this.www.LajollaKayak.com

2)We are looking for a theme similar to this one, apparel.everydaycalifornia.com

So, is it possible to have these 2 things, more importantly the 1st one, developed on a wordpress website?
