Wordpress Emails

I am new to wordpress and I need to send a respondent email that shows a Google Form inside from an event webpage.

The google form shows in greko mail and on my phone but not in gmail.

I just discovered templates but I don't know how to use them exactly or if they retain to my problem.

Also the formatting is not working correctly.

This is in my Respondent Email Format in my Event page:
