What is the easiest way to get this inforgraphic on my site?

The above pictures are from the PSD file for my site. What is the ideal way for me to get these pictures on my WP site?

I know an image can be used, but I need it to be indexed (searchable) by Google so I need the text to be typed into the image.

Responsiveness should also be maintained.

Any ideas?
