Redirect a permalink date structure change

Our site had a structure http://ift.tt/1Dw4GQi which we changed to http://ift.tt/1CRooYu (i.e. we added the "day" to the permalink structure).

Is there a simple way to throw a 301 redirect when someone visits the former link? Or is there a decent plugin that achieves this? I've been using the Permalink Finder plugin which is now very out of date and throws a lot of errors. The Redirection plugin doesn't seem to do the job.
