Order, send file Woocommerce through their API

I have found that you access Woocommerce API to put down orders. (http://ift.tt/1IghvVl)

But in the documentation there is nothing stating that you also can send a file attached to the order.

Is it and how do I accomplish to send a file with the order throught Woocommerce API?
