Gravity Forms: Show selected product + options at bottom of page

I've created an order form with Gravity Forms (Developer license). It's for a subscription box, and the user can choose a main product, a variation and either a monthly or 3-monthly subscription.

I've got the math sorted so that it displays at the bottom of the page (using the Total field), but for UX purposes, I'd like to show the product name and variation as well.

Is there a way, I'm assuming with AJAX or jQuery, that would allow me to display the currently selected options further down the form? Perhaps in a modified HTML block of some sort?

The form is on a local install, so I'm afraid I can't provide the prototype for illustration.
