Gravity Forms: retrieve custom taxonomy

I'm looking for a way to retrieve a custom taxonomy entry for a custom post type, for admin notification. Essentially, the same form is available for every custom post, but each post has specified custom taxonomy relevant to that post entry. How can I retrieve this value, so that it can be sent in the notification, together with the user-inputted form entries?

In this case, it's for a real estate site, where the admin would like to see the context of particular enquiries for a house (house type, number of bedrooms, etc.).
