custom post order next blog post order

I wonder how to achieve the following: instead of using the dates of posts to order content, it would be good for me to have the content ordered by a custom order,

i require that when the last post of category is clicked the 1st post of the categor B is shown. and then CATEGORY C.. annd so on.

instead, wordpress shows "next post" based on a date.

how can I change this? any suggestions would be lovely, i have tried with custom post order plugins and taxonomy custom order plug, but they dont affect the NEXT blog post button at all... so its futil.
