Wordpress Multisite Version 4.1
The Wordpress Admin Bar is NOT Displaying on the Front-end when logged in. I have tried normal trouble-shooting, and tried fixes mentioned here.
- Show Toolbar when Viewing site is ON
- ALL Plugins have been disabled
- Switched Theme to Twenty Twelve, Thirteen, etc
Should I look at a certain database table or the WP core?
