XML feed failing to generate because it can't find a plugin

I'm supposed to be generated a feed through http://ift.tt/1vZzxWn to be then used through things like feedburner.

But it encounters this error: This page contains the following errors:

error on line 42 at column 194: Extra content at the end of the document

So far this is what I've uncovered.

The page, http://ift.tt/17OzdyA, renders fines. However, when the xml feed generater attempts to parse through the page it can't find the aqua resizer plugin. I suspect the feed generator does not know how to require plugin correctly.

I'm currently stuck trying to get the feed to include the plugin properly. Anybody know where I should look?
