What are these page elements and how/ where can I update them?

I have been asked to update a wordpress website as a favour for a friend of a friend - most of the changes I have been able to implement, but I am stuck in trying to find the final batch of elements that need updating...

I have searched and searched pages, posts, comments, event lists, and cannot find any reference to these texts... Can anyone give me a hint as to where I can update this information?

The website was created 2 years ago, and hasn't seen much TLC since - I am only on board to get it up to scratch and teach a member of the organisation how to use the wordpress site to continue to update the info.

I presume there is no way to edit the source code for these sites? I hope this isn't too silly of a question, thanks for reading!
