Woocommerce multiple external affiliate links for a single product

Hello to all and thank you for your time.

I am trying to find if it is possible to make a setup in woocommerce wherein a single product can have multiple affiliate/external links/sellers and can the pricing be dynamic? As shown in the pictures below.

I know woocommerce has an external/affiliate product type where we can enter a price and a url with our referral id. But it only supports a single link and the price is entered manually. So if I have 1000 products, it will become near impossible to monitor changes in prices of all products and update them regularly.

Here's an example of a non-wp website doing the same. just for an idea - junglee.com. I tried looking for a plugin and woocommerce product retailers seems to be the closest, but the pricing is manual.

I just want to know if this is feasible and what approach i should take
